100% Chardonnay
Pineapple and star fruit play off just a hint of fresh cream, almonds and baked apples in this broad chardonnay, which shows zesty, enlivening acidity that provides lots of muscle. The firm acidity finds precision balance with the silky, mouth watering texture and a long lingering finish. Finely tuned.
SUGGESTED FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Sole with a lemon beurre blanc, scallops wrapped with bacon on the barbeque
or chicken cooked with cream and morels.
