Arizona Stronghold’s Archive Club is a year-long commitment. There is a $50 early-cancellation fee for those who do not wish to finish out the year commitment, agreed to at the time of sign-up. This form is a request for cancellation only. You will receive an official confirmation of your cancellation by our Wine Club Manager via email.
